My Ōtel Summer Gala presented The Architecture of Taste by WHEN WE EAT, an immersive evening where gastronomy met art, design and the distinctive creative identity of My Ōtel.
Inspired by the art features throughout the hotel, culinary creations became edible interpretations of colour, form and texture. Sculptural presentations by Blak by Ō, signature mixology by Hummingbird, artistic installations and live music transformed the hotel into a multisensory experience by the Mediterranean.

From sculptural tablescapes to a live dessert composition, each element created a dialogue between gastronomy and artistic expression, inviting guests to experience My Ōtel’s art from a new perspective.
