• Errors: We are not liable for typographical or technical errors regarding rates, fees, or availability. We reserve the right to cancel or correct reservations affected by obvious errors, even after confirmation.

5. Pricing, Payment, and Currency

• Pricing: Prices displayed are generally exclusive of VAT, and the local tourist tax (to be paid upon arrival unless stated otherwise).
• Payment Guarantee: All reservations must be guaranteed by a valid payment method. For guaranteed bookings (not prepaid), payment is settled at the Establishment.
• No Show Policy: Failure to arrive for a reservation (“No Show”) will result in:
  • Prepaid/Non-refundable: Retention of the full payment amount.
  • Guaranteed: The first night’s cost will be charged to the guarantee card, with subsequent nights cancelled.
